Through regional council meetings, educators and leaders have the opportunity to gather together to discuss the latest updates in education, evaluate problems of practice and resources, and build authentic professional learning networks in order to improve teaching and learning outcomes in their schools. Members also  have the opportunity to meet with and hear from CSDE representatives and other relevant guest speakers.

Who should attend CES Content Area Council meetings?
Curriculum administrators or supervisors, school and district administrators, department chairs, content area specialists, and lead teachers who help support teaching and learning within their organization.

What is the fee to attend council meetings?
There is no fee to attend council meetings.  We want the information that is shared and the networks that are built to be available to everyone in our region.
